For those that are grieving, the year of “firsts” is a painful time. The first Thanksgiving, the first Christmas, the first birthday; each occasion arriving with memories and moments of a lifetime that give rise to both heart-felt happiness and soul-wrenching sorrow. THE TRAIL   Although not our usual preference for trails, we picked up the Trans Canada Trail at Kennedy Road north of Inglewood.
